Through the Contact form, FORCE EVENT may collect:

• name.
• company.
• telephone number.
• email address.
• event date.
• event location.
• type of requirement.
• message.

Technical information necessary for website security, operation and anti-spam protection may also be processed, including standard server logs.

Information submitted through the Contact form is used to:

• receive and process requests.
• respond to requests for information or quotations.
• organise commercial follow-up directly related to the user’s request.
• protect the form against automated spam and abuse.

Processing requests for quotations or services is based on taking pre-contractual steps at the visitor’s request. Website security and abuse prevention measures are based on FORCE EVENT’s legitimate interest in protecting its website and information systems.

Information is accessible only to FORCE EVENT personnel who need it to process the request and, where technically necessary, service providers involved in:

• website hosting, provided by Scaleway.
• email transport and hosting, provided by the Scaleway infrastructure currently used by FORCE EVENT.
• anti-spam protection and security, provided by Google reCAPTCHA.

FORCE EVENT does not sell personal data submitted through the form.

The Contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect it against spam and automated abuse. Technical information may be processed by Google as part of this security mechanism.

Data associated with a request is retained for the time necessary to process it and any resulting commercial relationship. Where no contractual relationship follows, contact and prospect information may be retained for up to three years from collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect, unless a shorter period is appropriate or deletion is requested where applicable.

Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, individuals may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and obtain information about how their personal data is used.

Requests may be sent to contact@forceevent.fr. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

FORCE EVENT uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect the information it processes.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements.
