OUR STORY

A COMPANY BUILT FROM ON-SITE REALITY

FORCE EVENT was built around a simple observation: event productions need reliable technical reinforcement that can integrate quickly with the teams already in place.

The company grew by building a network of experienced roadies, technical managers and technicians able to work on demanding operations with real-world scheduling, access, coordination and safety constraints.

That experience now covers trade shows, fashion shows and Fashion Week, concerts and festivals, corporate conventions, product launches, television sets and live productions.

With more than 30,000 interventions delivered, we have developed a practical understanding of venue, schedule and technical-organisation constraints so that the right operational response can be built quickly.

HOW WE WORK

FORCE EVENT does not sell equipment. Our business is organising and deploying technical crews for event operations, with a clear scope and coordination adapted to each production.

Understand the requirement

You share the event, venue, schedule, equipment volume and the phases to cover: setup, live operation and dismantling.

Build the crew

We select the right profiles from our network: road crew, technical management, sound, lighting, video, structure, power, scenery or backstage.

Coordinate and deploy

Crews work on site to the agreed schedule, coordinated with your technical managers, directors and other production teams.

Follow-up and responsiveness

We remain engaged throughout the operation to handle crew adjustments, schedule changes and unexpected requirements, including out-of-hours work when the production requires it.

This approach is designed as a coordinated service integrated into the production rather than a simple headcount response.
