FORCE EVENT — POWER GUIDE

Event generator: what information should be prepared?

When an event plans to use one or more generator sets, the on-site crew needs a framework already defined by technical production: selected sources, planned distribution, position and equipment to be supplied.

FORCE EVENT works on the planned operation without claiming ownership of the generators and without replacing the required electrical validation.

01

1. IDENTIFY THE PLANNED SOURCES

The brief should state the generator sets or sources selected by production and the responsible technical contacts.

02

2. DEFINE POSITION AND ACCESS

Location, delivery, technical areas and venue constraints affect setup organisation.

03

3. SHARE THE VALIDATED DISTRIBUTION PLAN

Distribution boards, routes and supplied equipment should be known by the qualified professionals responsible for execution.

04

4. FIT THE OPERATION INTO THE SCHEDULE

Setup, commissioning, operation and dismantling should be coordinated with the other technical trades.
